Our parents managed properties.

Growing up, we missed many weekends with our parents because of it. Not because they didn't want to be there; but because they were constantly firefighting issues from tenants and owners. Usually a tenant issue that had been sitting too long and needed to be resolved. By dinner, someone was already on the phone trying to fix it or out in the city doing it themselves.

CentralComs exists because we've seen first hand our parents' lives get consumed by constant firefighting.

Issues don't pile up because operators are careless. They pile up because the signals; recurring complaints, slow vendor response, unpaid invoices; even after being centralized still need someone to act on them.

We've spent our careers building software at scale — AI research at UC Berkeley, and engineering for NASA, Nvidia, Samsung, and Cushman & Wakefield. We've seen what good systems look like. Property management deserves one.

We're building CentralComs to change that. So operators like our parents, and yours, get their weekends back.
